Through Our Eyes: Greystanes Art Exhibition was held at the National Trust Norman Lindsay Gallery between the 28 February to 2 March 2020.

We would like to congratulate all our artists for their work throughout the year that has culminated in the Through Our Eyes Art Exhibition. We would like to thank the Year 9 Art & Design teachers and students from the Blue Mountains Grammar school for their collaboration with the people Greystanes support. The collaborative artwork was displayed at the gallery and at the opening the students from the Grammar School spoke about how much they have enjoyed building relationships with the people Greystanes supports.

Congratulations to Vanessa Johnson who won the Jill Hodgson Award.  The Vivien Clear Award was won by Nicole Nader with Highly Commended awarded to Aaron Stevens, Erin Burnicle, Kimberley Tickner, Liam Mortimer and Nicole Andrade. The Peoples Choice Award was won by Josh Elston.

Artists face many hoops, prejudice and judgment of their work. It is a brave thing to do and I congratulate all the artists who have made this exhibition possible. This exhibition acknowledges and recognises the hard work it takes for artists to create. Art comes in different shapes and forms and is different as we all are.
